Pricing (2025)
All-in hosting consists of one yearly fee and a one-time setup fee. We believe in fair pricing and efficient support. As such our hosting is based on self-support, although of course we will ensure the minimum amount of effort is needed from your side. For the one-time setup fee we will ensure a human expert is actually involved in the deployment or transition of your hosting service and you receive a working an functional setup. Additionally we provide several services to ensure you can have a quick ramp-up, such as site migration services and a basic site template for new sites. All technical aspects such as high security settings on DNS records such as SPF, DKIM and DNS-sec will be preconfigured and tested from our side.

Support is only, but always, provided free of charge in case any technical issue was at fault from the side of FTHS. All other support is on invoice basis, but in return we ensure you can align directly with an expert willing to help and go the extra mile. We believe our customers prefer being actually helped when needed, instead of being forced to navigate a cheap, out-sourced ‘helpdesk hell’ or self-service ticketing system. In short, you shouldn’t need us, but we’re there if you do.
As any business we cannot guarantee the same price forever. Pricing changes may apply per calendar year but they will never differ between renewals and new customers. As such we allow a maximum of three years to be purchased per the price stated, and are committed to minimising pricing changes in a single yearly review. Any pricing changes will of course be communicated well in advance.
