What are the charges for support services?

Support services are billed on an invoice basis unless the issue is on our side, in which case it is free of charge. We charge €25,- per 15 minutes and strive to solve all support request during initial contact.

How can I contact support?

You can reach our support team via email, contact form or phone. Details are provided on our contact page. Depending on the service additional support portals can be available.

Is there a free support option?

Yes, if the issue is due to a fault on our part, support is provided free of charge. Most onboarding requests are covered by our setup fee and incur no additional cost. For requests during onboarding which cannot be covered by the setup fee we will only proceed after specific approval. 

What is the response time for support inquiries?

We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days. All timing is dependent on the service, workload and incident severity. Our aim is always to provide stellar support, solving your query during initial contact.
